Our live classes range from Pilates, Sweat and Stretch, suitable for all fitness levels.

Classes can either be booked at the PAYG rate of £5 or have unlimited access for £25 per month

Pilates

Developed by Joseph Pilates, Pilates is a low impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles whilst improving postural alignment and flexibility. 

Sweat

This class aims to improve your cardiovascular fitness, build strength and stamina. Mixing together HITT and Pilates Principles.

 

Stretch

Our classes focus on both flexibility and mobility for those common areas of tightness, improving your posture and reducing tension
