What is Pilates
Pilates focuses on building not only core strength and stability but also strengthening the upper body and Glutes. We will also work on mobility and flexibility helping to improve your posture and alignment.
Classes can either be booked at the PAYG rate of £5 or have unlimited access for £25 per month
