Katie
Founder of Poletics Bedford
Katie is an Xpert qualified Pole Fitness instructor and Level 3 Pilates Instructor. She holds a First Class BA HONS degree in Dance Performance. Katie has been dancing her whole life and loves incorporating her different Dance styles on the Pole.
Favourite Pole Tricks – Iron X & Split tricks
‘I started my first pole class in 2011 and have being hanging upside down ever since, whether its aerial Silks, Hoop or Pole. Being able to share the skills and knowledge I honed for Pole and Fitness with my students is a great honour. I love seeing my students push past their fears and insecurities to achieve their own pole success ’.


Abbie
Instructor
Abbie is a qualified Xpert Pole Fitness and Aerial Hoop Instructor. She started Pole in 2015 when her sister Katie founded Poletics Bedford. Abbie really enjoyed the classes and decided to train as an instructor, joining the Poletics Team in 2017.

Becca
Instructor
Becca started her Pole journey with Poletics in 2016 and was hooked right from the start. In 2019 she completed her Xpert Pole Instructor training and joined the team.

‘The thing I love most about Pole is the sense of achievement you feel when you nail a new trick. Through teaching I get to share my passion for Pole with my students. It’s really rewarding to see them achieving their Pole goals and progressing from a complete beginner through the Pole syllabus’.
