Our Classes
Pole Fitness
Classes are 60 minutes starting with a full body warm up, strength and conditioning then it’s on to the pole for spins, tricks, combos and flow, finishing with flexibility work. Learning how to move around the pole gracefully and confidently are part of the class.

Each class has a maximum capacity of 12 people, with 2 people per pole.

Our classes are taught in levelled syllabus starting from Complete Beginners and progressing to Advance.
LyraPole
LyraPole combines both Lyra and Pole disciplines to create a new type of artistry.You do not need experience in Aerial or Pole as this class is suitable for complete beginners.

We have classes suitable for complete beginners and intermediate/Advanced, so you can progress at your own pace.
